The building of the new ‘spine’ road continues apace, to the point where it is already hard to remember exactly what Grove Lane looked like before they started.

Another success for KER!

The plan to develop 36 houses north of Alkerton Road was finally defeated.

The original application had been turned down, but had gone to appeal,  KER members had written objections and a small group was appointed to speak at the Inspector’s hearing.  The Inspector was convinced – see full details on our archive site
